History of Hsing-pei Hu

Hsing-pei Hu was born in 1981 in Taipei, Taiwan. Born to the daughter of a diplomat, ever since the age of five she has traveled with her family to many parts of the world. Through her stay in Greece, Taiwan, and Saint Lucia, Hsing-pei Hu came to the United States at the age of 14.

She enrolled in Saint Jane DeChantel middle school in Bethesda Maryland and she enrolled in Connelly Shcool of the Holy Child in Potomac Maryland for high school. It was not until her junior year at the Connelly School of the Holy Child Hsing-pei decided that art was her passion.

Hsing-pei Hu is currently a junior at Carnegie Mellon University studying art.
